This project spans an A and B unit, so working within a tight budget meant being intentional about every decision. The kitchen was fully renovated and opened up with an island for additional seating and storage, making it functional for larger groups. The client preferred to keep the walls minimal, so in the bedrooms we worked with accent paint and boho-style wall art to add warmth and character. The backyard is where the property found its identity. A pool with a built-in above-ground deck, bartop seating, a pergola with a large dining table, turf, and outdoor games turned an underutilized outdoor space into the centerpiece of the property. It's a warm, inviting design that appeals to close-knit groups looking for a true getaway.
