This project took an underbooked A and B unit in East Austin and gave them a reason to get booked. The units share a yard but each have their own private outdoor space, making them flexible enough to rent separately or together. The owners came to us with a tight budget and a calendar that showed it. Working with a few pieces that were already there, we redesigned the full interior and exterior and got both units back on the market looking like completely different properties. Each unit got its own identity rooted in Austin's creative culture. Unit A became The Gallery House, built around local artwork. Unit B became The Vinyl House, centered on music and records. Two spaces, one property, zero reason to scroll past it.

Within hours of going live, four bookings came in. Two weeks later, four five-star reviews.
