WESTERN TAILGATE

This project took a former UT frat house in the heart of Austin's college town and turned it into a Longhorn-themed short-term rental designed for gameday groups. Sleeping 15, the property needed to work hard for large groups while delivering a guest experience that felt intentional throughout.

The kitchen and bathrooms were fully renovated and upgraded to handle the demands of bigger gatherings. Throughout the interior, we layered in western and Longhorn-themed decor, keeping things fun and colorful while making sure every decision had a purpose. The backyard is where the property found its identity. A hot tub, firepit, bocce ball court, and a dedicated outdoor game watching area turned the exterior into a full tailgate setup that gives guests a reason to stay outside all day.
